WhoWeAre
Cary Catalano is a founding member of Catalano Fenske & Associates. He has more than 18 years experience in public relations, government relations, promotions, fundraising, event production and management. He has worked with both elected and appointed policy makers across the state.
Prior to starting his own firm, Cary was Chief Operating Officer of Community Food Bank. He has earned numerous awards and recognitions from former State Senator Jim Costa and U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer. Cary was listed in Who’s Who in America Under 30 in 2001. He volunteers with various organizations throughout the community, and is a graduate of Leadership Fresno.
He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration, with a minor in Urban Sociology. He holds an Associate degree from Fresno City College where he served as class president.

Tootie Kline is the Marketing and Fund Development Associate for Catalano Fenske & Associates. She specializes in web text development, newsletters, e-newsletters, and grant writing. She also works closely with clients to design targeted marketing materials and information packets.
Prior to her work at Catalano Fenske, Tootie held various office administrative and managerial positions for both profit and nonprofit organizations.
Tootie attended Foothill Junior College in Los Altos, California where she was selected for Who’s Who in America’s Junior Colleges, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from California State University, San Jose where she graduated with distinction.

Elizabeth Mirhadi is Director of Administrative Services. In that capacity she works on newsletters, e-newsletters, press releases, web maintenance, and general office work.
Before moving to California, Elizabeth worked in the book publishing industry in New York. She was assistant advertising manager and chief copywriter for academic books for Macmillan & Company’s Free Press division, and as an editorial assistant in advertising and promotion for trade books for Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. Elizabeth was also vice president and board secretary of a family-owned construction firm in Clovis, California .She is a graduate of Goucher College in Towson, Maryland and holds a BA in political science with a minor in German literature.
Elizabeth also volunteers her time with Habitat for Humanity Fresno County, where she is chair of the Family Selection Committee. She also does some freelance writing.

Melinda Anguiano is Director of Development for Catalano Fenske & Associates. She is responsible for the overall development and implementation of all fundraising work plans and strategies designed to support all clients’ organizational needs and priorities. She also develops and maintains all special event projects for clients based on specific event needs, design and budget.
Melinda’s previous experience included being Sales Manager of Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts where she was responsible for the cultivation of outside sales, retention of current clients and promotion of properties to corporate businesses throughout California. She was also Sales Manager for Grand Occasions Catering and Banquets where she was responsible for budgeting, forecasting and marketing plan development and implementation. She provided assistance in planning every aspect of the clients’ events including menu creation, time management, location recommendation, and vendor information.
She holds a BA in Business Administration (Marketing Emphasis) from California State University, Fresno. Melinda is a member of the Fresno Women’s Network, serves as a community member of the Central USD Attendance Committee, and speaks fluent conversational Spanish.

Erika Razo-Yanez is the Director of Public Relations for Catalano Fenske & Associates. While her primary focus is to keep our clients in the public eye, she also manages advertising schedules and works one-on-one with each client to obtain the maximum opportunities to reach their desired communication goals. Erika also assists with creative event planning and writes business communications for many of CF&A clients.
Erika brings over ten years experience to CF&A. Before joining our firm, Erika was a correspondent for KSEE 24 News, as both a news and entertainment reporter. She also served as the Great Day North Valley reporter for KMPH, Central California’s FOX affiliate.
Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University.

Jocelyn Fuller is a Marketing & Public Relations Consultant for Catalano Fenske and Associates. She creates client e-newsletters, writes copy for websites and consults regularly on other CF&A projects.
Currently Jocelyn resides in Chicago, Illinois where she works for a national magazine company. Prior to moving to Chicago, she was the Managing Editor of Fresno Magazine, the Director of Corporate Communications for the EDC serving Fresno County, and started her career path as Associate Editor of The Business Journal in Fresno.
Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Nebraska Wesleyan University. While living in Fresno, she was very involved in the community. She was one of the founding members of Creative Fresno, a Member of the Mayor’s Creative Economies Council, a Regional Jobs Initiative Communications Taskforce member, a Community Advisory Board member for the American Lung Association, and a Board member for Theatre 3 Repertory Company.
